Respect to your collogue.

You cannot give importance to everyone in your working place. But you can give importance to them, you work with in your department. Always be positive in the working place.

It is often seen that when you do a job, you have work pressure and sometimes this pressure can disturbs your personal life, due to which there is no balance in your personal and professional life. In this situation, neither could he do his job properly nor could he take care of his family, If in such a situation you have to balance personal and professional life, then do office work in the office itself.
Do not take your work at home, after all you will also have a family, think about those who love you too.

Don't compare with others.
